  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
