- dash of salt
- 2 3/4 c. flaked coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. ground chocolate with sugar added
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt until stiff.

3Beat in sugar until mixture becomes glossy and stiff.

4Fold in coconut and chocolate until blended.

5Drop on cookie sheets, lightly greased.

6Bake 20 minutes or until firm. Store in airtight container.
