  • 3 c. white sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 1/2 Tbsp. or 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. flaked coconut or 1 can

Directions

    Mix sugar, salt and cocoa.

    Add eggs and beat well.

    Stir in vanilla, margarine, milk and coconut.

    Pour into 2 pie shells. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
