Chocolate Coffee Punch

  • 8 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 pt. hot water
  • 2 qt. milk
  • 1 qt. half and half
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Mix coffee, sugar, syrup, vanilla and hot water.

    Cool.

    Add 1 quart milk and refrigerate overnight.

    Before serving, add 1 quart milk and the half and half.

    Pour over the ice cream (break up into pieces). Makes 1 gallon (20 cups served).
