- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 4 (10 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 2 oz. white chocolate, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until smooth.

3Add vanilla.

4Gradually stir in flour and cocoa until well combined.

5Form into a ball.

6Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 20 minutes.

7On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness.

8Cut out any shape cookie and place on ungreased baking sheet.

9Bake 20 minutes and remove. Cool completely on wire rack (approximately 15 minutes).

10Use pastry brush and coat each cookie with melted chocolate, then drizzle white chocolate.

11Must stand 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
