Chocolate Covered Fantasy

Ingredients

  • 1 large container extra smooth Cool Whip
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 (1 oz.) blocks semi-sweet chocolate, grated well
  • 1/2 c. nut topping
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. caramel topping
  • 1 1/4 c. chocolate Teddy Grahams crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. melted butter

    Mix together Teddy Grahams crumbs, sugar and butter.

    Pat into an 8 x 8-inch pan that has been lined with tinfoil and place in refrigerator to set.

    In a large bowl, mix Cool Whip, vanilla pudding, grated chocolate and add nut topping last; blend well. Take crumb layer from fridge and add layer of caramel topping. Add Cool Whip mixture on top of caramel.

    Cover with tinfoil and place in freezer at least 2 hours.
