Chocolate Covered Oranges

  • 16 ounces, weight Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 2 whole Ripe Oranges, Peeled, Separated Into Segments

    Lay out copious amounts of wax paper.

    In a double boiler on medium heat, melt the chocolate chips. Once the chocolate is melted, lower the heat to medium low (you never want the chocolate to come to a boil or get too cool).

    One at a time, dip one side of a a piece of orange into the chocolate and coat. Then place the orange on wax paper. Continue this process until you've dipped all the orange pieces into the chocolate.

    Place the wax paper with the dipped oranges on it in the refrigerator uncovered for about 30-45 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator. Eat. Savor. Enjoy!
