  • 4 cup Kellogs rice bubbles
  • 1 cup sifted icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup desicrated coconut
  • 250 grams copha
  • 1/2 cup 100's and 1000's or edible silver balls to decorate / optional

Directions

    fill cup cake trays with cup cake cup papers or use silicone ones and set aside ready to be filled .

    Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine .

    Melt the copha gently then cool slightly .

    now pour into and over the dry ingredients and stir mixing well to coat and combine all .

    Take spoonfuls of the mixture and fill each cup cake paper heaped and sprinkle with 100's and 1000's or silver balls and place in the refridgerator till set .
