  • 8 oz. BAKER'S semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • margarine
  • 1-1/3 cup sifted confectioners sugar
  • 2 tbsp. light cream
  • half & half
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • grated BAKER'S semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

    In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except whole almonds,chill 2 hours.shape into 1-inch balls .

    top each with whole almond if desired.

    store tightly covered in refrigerator.

    Makes about 6 1/2 dozen.

    Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat,stirring constantly until smooth.blend in sugar,cream and vanilla.chill about 30 minutes .shape into 1/2-balls and roll in nuts.
