- 4 ounces, weight Self Raising Flour
- 3 ounces, weight Coconut
- 4 ounces, weight White Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 6 ounces, weight Butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).

2Mix flour, coconut, sugar and cocoa together in a large mixing bowl.

3Melt the butter and add to dry ingredients, mixing well. Mixture should be slightly moist, and it doesn't matter if it's a bit crumbly.

4Put mixture in rectangular slice pan, pressing it in with a wooden spoon.

5Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.

6When cool, ice with chocolate icing.

7**I usually refrigerate it to make it extra crunchy, but it's just as nice to let it cool naturally, giving it a slightly crumbly texture.
