Chocolate Crusted Pie Recipe

  • 2 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers or possibly creme-filled cookies
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkg. (3 3/4 ounce.) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 env. dry whipped topping mix

Directions

    Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter till well mixed.

    Press into bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie pan.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min till set and slightly crisp; cold.

    (Baking is not necessary.)

    In small mixer bowl, combine lowfat milk, pudding mix and topping mix at lowest speed till all ingredients are moistened.

    Beat at high speed till soft mounds form.

    Spoon into crust.

    Garnish with additional cookie crumbs.

    Refrigerateat least 1 hour before serving.
