- 200 ml Milk
- 3 drops Vanilla extract
- 30 grams Egg
- 70 grams Sugar
- 20 grams Cornstarch
- 5 grams Butter
- 1 dash Rum
- 50 grams Chocolate
Directions

1Add the milk and vanilla extract to a pot and heat.

2(Just until it starts to simmer).

3Add the eggs, sugar, and cornstarch in that order to a bowl and mix.

4Add the milk a little at a time while mixing.

5Pour the mixture into the sauce pan through a sieve and raise the heat to high while mixing.

6Once it comes to a boil, stop the heat, add the butter and rum, and mix.

7When making custard cream this is it.

8Put the pot in ice water to cool quickly.

9Add the minced chocolate to Step 4 and mix evenly.
