Chocolate Decadence Cake

Ingredients
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 12 oz. unsalted butter
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 7 eggs
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
- chocolate curls to garnish
Directions

1Cut chocolates and butter into small pieces.

2Put in a bowl. Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar and the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

3Pour over chocolate and butter.

4Stir until melted.

5Whip eggs and 1/4 cup sugar in mixer until double in size.

6Stir into chocolate mixture until no white streaks appear.

7Pour batter into greased paper lined 10-inch cake pan.

8Bake at 350° on a sheet pan with 1-inch water (as for cheesecake) for 40 to 50 minutes until cake is set.

9Cool in refrigerator overnight.

10To release cake, dip in hot water and run knife around edge.

11Frost with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate curls.
