  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 large tubs Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    In a mixer, combine flour, 3/4 cup pecans and butter.

    Press in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
