  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • Cool Whip for topping

Directions

    Mix the flour, butter and pecans and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, then cool.

    Mix 1 cup Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese.

    Spread over baked crust. Mix pudding and milk until thickened and spread over cream cheese layer.

    Top with Cool Whip and chill for 2 to 3 hours.

    Keep refrigerated.
