- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. 10x sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 small box chocolate instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- remaining Cool Whip

Directions

1Mix flour, oleo and 1/2 cup nuts; put in 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes; let cool.

2Cream the cream cheese with 10x sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.

3Mix and put over second layer.

4Mix vanilla instant pudding and chocolate instant pudding with the milk.

5Beat 2 minutes.

6Pour over second layer.

7Spread with Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with nuts.
