Chocolate Delight

Name: Chocolate Delight
Ingredients: 1 stick margarine; 2 c. Oreo cookie crumbs; 8 oz. cream cheese; 1 c. confectioners sugar; 1 large container Cool Whip; 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding; 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding; 3 c. milk; grated chocolate (optional)

1 stick margarine
2 c. Oreo cookie crumbs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 large container Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
grated chocolate (optional)

Directions

Melt one stick margarine.

Add cookie crumbs and press into 13 x 9-inch pan.

Allow to chill for about 20 minutes in refrigerator. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread on cookie crust.

Beat pudding with milk until smooth. Spread pudding on second layer.

Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Garnish with grated chocolate, if desired.
