  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 (13 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and pat out with damp fingers in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325°.
