  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large box chocolate instant pudding

    Mix first 3 ingredients together.

    Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix next 3 ingredients together.

    Spread over first layer.

    Prepare pudding according to box instructions.

    Spread pudding over 2nd layer. Top with a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
