  • 1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 container large Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients, pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch oblong pan and bake in 300° oven 30 minutes.

    Mix next 3 ingredients and beat with mixer and pour into cold crust.
