Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soften ahead of time)
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix (any flavor may be used)
- 3 c. milk (whole milk)
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. brown sugar (can be omitted)
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan.

2Remove from stove and add flour and nuts.

3Spread in a 10 x 13-inch Pyrex.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Cool.

6(Baking time may vary.)

7Cream the cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar.

8Spread on cooled crust.

9Mix chocolate pudding mix, milk, vanilla and brown sugar with mixer until pudding stage (not too thick).

10Spread on cream cheese mixture.

11Cover with an 8 ounce container Cool Whip.
