   Combine first three ingredients.

   Put in baking dish.

   Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

   Cool 2 hours.

   Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of Cool Whip.

   Spread over baked crust. Combine instant pudding and milk.

   Mix until thick.

   Spread over cream cheese mixture.

   Top with Cool Whip.
