Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 c. milk (may use 2%)
  • chocolate sprinkles or chopped nuts (optional)

    First Layer:

    Spray 13 x 9 Pyrex (or 11 x 8) with Pam.

    Mix flour, margarine and pecans and pat in Pyrex.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Cool and add Second Layer.
