  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 3/4 oz. size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
