Ingredients: 12 cup butter (one stick); 1 cup flour; 12 cup walnuts, finely chopped; 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese; 1 cup powdered sugar; 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, divided; 2 (25 g) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix; 3 cups skim milk

1 cup flour
12 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, divided
2 (25 g) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups skim milk

Directions

Mix together butter, flour and nuts.

Press in the bottom of 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees; cool.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and about 3 ounces of cool whip; spread on crust.

Mix together pudding mix and milk and spread on cream cheese.

Top with remaining cool whip.

Sprinkle additional chopped nuts on top if desired.
