  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 sq. chocolate
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar thoroughly and add eggs, one at a time. Mix well.

    Add dry ingredients and milk alternately.

    Add melted chocolate, vanilla and nuts.

    Mix well.

    Bake in a 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pan at 350° for about 25 minutes.

    Cut in strips or squares while warm and dust with powdered sugar.
