- 2/3 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. Log Cabin syrup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
- assorted fresh or dried fruit, cake cubes, cookies or pretzels
Directions

1Heat cream and syrup in small saucepan until boiling, stirring constantly.

2Remove from heat.

3Add chocolate and stir until melted.

4Serve warm to dip the fruits, cake, cookies or pretzels. Keep warm in a warming dish on low setting.

5Makes 1 1/2 cups. This dip lasts for hours without losing its smooth consistency.
