  • 3 oz. Dark or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 T softened butter
  • 2 T whipped cream (already whipped from a can or tub)

    Place butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. cook for 1 to 2 minutes on High or until butter and chocolate chips melt. Whisk together till smooth. Add whipped cream; whisk till smooth and even chocolate color appear. Pour on cake, cup cakes, dip strawberry's or fresh fruit. Place in frig to harden for 1/2 hour. Add Kaluoa coffee liquor, grand monier orange liquor etc.
