  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (5 1/4 oz.) instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Directions

    Boil water and oleo.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in flour, then add one egg at a time.

    Spread in greased jelly roll pan (seems very thin).

    Bake at 400° until browned, about 30 minutes.
