Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Cinnamon Graham Crackers
  • 2 Boxes French Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk (16 Oz.)
  • 1 Can Water (use Evaporated Milk Can)
  • 1 Container Cool Whip (any Brand)
  • 1 Can Chocolate Frosting (milk, Dark, Whatever - Your Choice)

Directions

    Mix pudding, evaporated milk and water for 2 minutes with a hand mixer or whisk, then set aside.

    Line a 13 x 9 (or similar size) pan with a layer of graham crackers.

    Fold Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.

    Layer half of the pudding mixture over graham crackers.

    Add another layer of graham crackers, then layer the remaining pudding mixture over graham crackers.

    Add a final layer of graham crackers.

    Put the open can of frosting in the microwave for approx. 1 minute (more or less depending on microwave wattage).

    Pour frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.

    Refrigerate overnight or until cold (approx 4 hours). YUMM!!
