- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 mango
- 2 banana
- 4 tablespoons cacao
- 6-8 dates
- 11/2 cups pecan and hazelnut mix
- 4 tablespoons Agave syrup

1Pre heat the oven at 375 F

2Put the nut mix in a kitchen machine and blend finely

3Put into a bowl

4Add 4 tbsp of Agave syrup and mix through the nut mix

5Put mixture in a spring form and press the crust finely

6Put all of the fruit in a blender and blend into a smooth mixture

7Divide in half

8Add the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda and cacao and stir through thoroughly.

9Put this mixture on top of the pecan hazelnut crust

10Add the remaining fruit mixture on top of the peacan hazelnut crust

11Bake the pecan pie about 40 to 45 minutes
