  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, chopped
  • 2 None eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, plus additional, for dusting
  • None None Chocolate chip ice cream, to serve

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease four 3/4-cup ramekins. Place dishes on a baking pan.

    Place chocolate and butter in a medium heatproof bowl over saucepan of simmering water (don't let base of bowl touch the water). Cook and stir for 4-5 mins or until mixture is melted and combined.

    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer for 5 mins or until thick and creamy. Gently fold in flour, cocoa powder and chocolate mixture until combined. Spoon into prepared dishes.

    Bake for 10-12 mins or until just firm (the center will be soft). Remove from oven. Dust with additional cocoa powder. Serve with ice cream.
