- 4 ounces best-quality bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
Directions

1Warm the cream in the microwave, or in a small saucepan over medium heat, until it is very hot but not boiling.

2Combine the corn syrup and chocolate in a mixing bowl.

3Pour the hot cream over the chocolate mixture, and let it sit for 2 minutes to allow the chocolate to melt.
