- 1/2 pound bittersweet Vahlrona Chocolate
- 1/2 pound diced unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 2 1/4 ounces sugar
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 yolks
- 2 1/4 ounces cake flour, sifted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter 12 (4-ounce) ramekins.

2Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler, stirring gently.

3Add sugar.

4Remove from heat and keep warm.

5In a large bowl beat eggs and yolks until volume is doubled.

6Fold in flour gently until well incorporated.

7Fold 1/4 of warm chocolate mixture with egg mixture, to temper.

8Combine mixtures by folding gently.

9Fill ramekins 2/3 full.

10Bake for 4 to 6 minutes.
