  • 14 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons minced crystallized ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large pinch clove
  • 1 large pinch cinnamon
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 12 cup unsweetened dutch process cocoa
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 34 teaspoon baking soda
  • coarse sugar

Directions

    Beat sugar and butter until fluffy.

    Add egg, molasses, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, and cloves.

    Whisk flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda.

    Stir into the butter mixture.

    Do no chill dough.
