Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus 5 Oreos for topping)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 c. creme de menthe

Directions

    Spread crushed Oreos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Melt in double boiler the butter and chocolate.

    Add eggs to cooled mixture, then add sugar.

    Spread this mixture over Oreos and freeze for 25 minutes.

    Soften ice cream and add 1/2 cup creme de menthe.

    Pour over fudge mixture.

    Crush 5 Oreos and sprinkle on top.

    Freeze overnight.
