- 20 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus 5 Oreos for topping)
- 1 stick butter
- 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. creme de menthe
Directions

1Spread crushed Oreos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Melt in double boiler the butter and chocolate.

2Add eggs to cooled mixture, then add sugar.

3Spread this mixture over Oreos and freeze for 25 minutes.

4Soften ice cream and add 1/2 cup creme de menthe.

5Pour over fudge mixture.

6Crush 5 Oreos and sprinkle on top.

7Freeze overnight.
