- 100 grams hazelnuts
- 200 grams dates
- 2 tablespoons maple/date syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 150 grams good quality dark chocolate
Directions

1Place everything but the chocolate in the food processor and process until smooth.

2Place the mixture in a baking paper lined tray so it is 2 cm thick.

3Freeze for 1 hour until hard.

4Melt the chocolate, cut the bar into bite size squares and dip in the chocolate.

5Place back in the freezer to harden up.
