Chocolate Heart Shape Cake

- 2/3 cup butter softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 5/8 cups self raising flour
- 8 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder Valrhona
- chocolate some melted, I used leftover chocolate ganache cream
Directions

1Preheat oven at 180deg c, grease mould and dust with flour.

2Whisk butter, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla extract and flour until smooth and well-mixed.

3Divide batter into two portions and mix one with cocoa powder, mix well.

4Then transfer into piping bags. Pipe plain and chocolate batter alternately onto moulds till 3/4 full and bake for about 18-20 minutes or until well risen and springy to touch.

5Transfer to a wire rack and let cool.

6Double-boil some chocolate. Pipe into the hole in each heart-shaped cakes.
