  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix all together and cook to soft boil stage, stirring constantly.

    Put pan in cold water in sink and stir constantly until pan is cool to touch of hand (just until you can hold your hand on it).

    Beat and spread.
