- 4 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well. Cook to a boil, stirring constantly. When it foams up, reduce heat, then cook down again. Add a big spoon of butter and 1 spoon vanilla. Beat well and spread on cake. Cooking time is about 15 minutes; will be soupy.
