  • 2 cups sugar
  • 14 cup cocoa
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar, cocoa and milk and butter in a large saucepan.

    Bring to a full rolling boil.

    Boil for 1 minute.

    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

    Place saucepan in a pan of cold water and beat with an electric mixer until a thick spreading consistency.
