- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Mix sugar, cocoa and milk and butter in a large saucepan.

4Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

5Place saucepan in a pan of cold water and beat with an electric mixer until a thick spreading consistency.
