- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 3 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. Kahlua or creme de cacao liqueur
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 (9-inch) chocolate or graham cracker crust
Directions

1Whip butter until creamy.

2Add the melted chocolate, then mix in the sugar.

3Slowly add the Kahlua, then the eggs.

4Pour mixture into prepared pie crust and refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped cream.
