  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1/8 tartar
  • 10 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 4 oz chips

Directions

    Beat egg whites salt and tartar. Melt chocolate chips and add sugar and nuts. Fold into whites. Refrigerate 1 hour. Drop from teaspoon onto wax paper

    Bake at 275 degrees for 25 minutes.
