  • 1-1/4 stick Butter
  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz.)
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes Instant Chocolate Pudding (large Boxes)
  • 1-1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cups Walnuts, Chopped
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Milk
  • 2 cups Milk

Directions

    1st Layer: Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Add flour and nuts. Pat to bottom of pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

    2nd Layer: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 1/2 cups of cool whip and 2 tsp milk together. Mix and spread over cooled crust.

    3rd Layer: Whip pudding and 2 cups of milk together and pour over 2nd layer.

    4th Layer: Cover third layer with remaining cool whip.

    5th Layer: Sprinkle leftover chopped walnuts on top.
