- 1 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers
- 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. grated semi-sweet chocolate
Directions

1Put 1 cup crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan; spread evenly. Mix the water, jello, sugar and lemon juice; let cool.

2Add grated chocolate.

3When beginning to set, whip evaporated milk.

4Add gelatin mixture; whip together until thick.

5Pour over crumbs in pan.

6Top with remaining crumbs.

7Refrigerate until set.
