- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Butter Flavored Crisco
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cups Cocoa Powder (good Quality)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 12 ounces, weight Bag Of White Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup Macadamia Nuts, Chopped
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°F. In a mixer, beat butter, Crisco, sugars, vanilla and salt until creamy. Add eggs, beat well.

2Stir in flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Add chips and nuts.

3Drop onto a cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. Enjoy with a glass of milk. Or water. Or by itself. Just enjoy. A great substitution would be mint chocolate morsels (instead of white morsels and nuts). It tastes like a chewy girl scout cookie. Or peanut butter morsels are delicious too!
