  • 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 1/2 cups Butter Flavored Crisco
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cups Cocoa Powder (good Quality)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 12 ounces, weight Bag Of White Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts, Chopped

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°F. In a mixer, beat butter, Crisco, sugars, vanilla and salt until creamy. Add eggs, beat well.

    Stir in flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Add chips and nuts.

    Drop onto a cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. Enjoy with a glass of milk. Or water. Or by itself. Just enjoy. A great substitution would be mint chocolate morsels (instead of white morsels and nuts). It tastes like a chewy girl scout cookie. Or peanut butter morsels are delicious too!
