  • 1 c. margarine
  • 6 sq. unsweetened chocolate (save 2 sq. to drizzle over frosting)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions

    Melt margarine and chocolate in saucepan.

    Beat eggs and sugar well and add chocolate mixture to this.

    Add flour, vanilla, salt and chopped walnuts to mixture.

    Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Cool in pan.

    When cool, frost with Peppermint Frosting.
