- 4 1/4 cups mint chocolate ice cream
- 8 oz instant-setting chocolate ice cream topping
- None None Mint leaves, to garnish
Directions

1Arrange cookies on tray and place in freezer for 10 minutes.

2Place a medium scoop of ice cream on top of each cookies, pressing down slightly.

3Drizzle chocolate topping over and return to freezer until ready to serve. Garnish with mint leaves.
