- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp. mint extract
- 1 baked 9-inch graham cracker crust
Directions

1Combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in a medium-size saucepan. Add milk, mixing until smooth.

2Cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly.

3Boil 2 minutes.

4Add small amount of cornstarch mixture to egg yolk mixture; mix well.

5Add this mixture back to cornstarch mixture.

6Cook until mixture boils. Add mint.

7Pour into cooked pie crust.

8Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
