- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. mint extract
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. butter flavored Crisco
Directions

1Line baking sheet with wax paper; set aside.

2In small bowl heat together egg and mint extract; set aside.

3In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and Crisco, stirring constantly.

4Gradually add to egg mixture, beating until smooth.

5Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.

6Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.

7Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
